First post. I don't know if it's the same for everyone who writes their first blog, but there's a certainfeeling of anxiety as I write these words. I want this blog to have some meaning, to be something profound, helpful, interesting, useful and a whole lot of other things, too. I don't know if it will be or if it will just be daily ramblings, more like a diary of my thoughts and feelings.

What inspired to make this first entry is a website that I think is truly revolutionary. One that a lot of people know about, but for me, it seems the potential is incredible. It's called Pandora and if you haven't heard of it, check it out. It's an Internet radio station, but it builds the radio station around your likes and dislikes. There are no commercials, DJs or annoying interruptions. Just continuous streaming music that you shape based on your own musical tastes. I think it's really amazing and if you have an iPhone or other device that can use the Pandora app, it just increases the potential for how you will listen to music.
